HomeStyle Suites is a hospitality company.

“Corporate housing” describes beautifully furnished apartments, condominiums and homes, ideal for relocating executives and others in need of extended stay accommodations. HomeStyle Suites takes leases on premium residential apartments and homes, adds our home furnishings, and then sublets the units to our guests. HomeStyle Suites has locations in virtually every North American city.

What is the difference between HomeStyle Suites and a hotel?

HomeStyle Suites offers spacious, fully furnished, apartments. Our apartments are much larger than both regular and extended stay hotel rooms, and offer a more home-like atmosphere than you’ll find in a hotel.

HomeStyle Suites provides the finest apartments in each metropolitan area. All apartment residences feature a complete kitchen, and have separate dining, living, and sleeping areas. Even a washer and dryer are included in most apartment units. A wide range of personal services and exceptional amenities, including health clubs and swimming pools, give HomeStyle Suites apartments an atmosphere of luxury and convenience, as well as the comfort of feeling at home.

Where are HomeStyle Suites corporate apartments located?

Our corporate housing is available in over 1,500 locations. We offer a range of the best and most modern apartments in several markets.

What is included in a HomeStyle Suites corporate apartment?

We furnish every residence with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. We provide furniture, housewares, linens, home electronics, utilities (telephone service, electricity service, and cable service are also included in our rental fees.

Long distance phone calls and specially requested furnishings are not included in HomeStyle Suites rental fees. Weekly housekeeping service is optional for an additional charge.

What amenities are offered at your apartments?

HomeStyle Suites offers leading amenities in all of its locations. Depending on where guests stay, they may find onsite health clubs, swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, children’s play areas, business centers, meeting rooms, grocery stores, restaurants, Enterprise Car Rental service, and more. Each reservations specialist can help guests choose a location with the amenities they desire.

Are pets welcome?

HomeStyle Suites offers pet-friendly apartments in virtually every city it serves. Most locations have a pet weight limit and require an additional pet deposit.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

From January through mid-October, almost all U.S. locations have a 30-day minimum stay. Shorter stays are available at select locations. Each reservations specialist can help guests choose a location that works for them.

What size apartments do you have available?

In every location, HomeStyle Suites offers a wide selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, featuring full kitchens and separate living areas and bedrooms. Studio and three-bedroom apartments are available at some locations. Floorplan size varies by location, but HomeStyle Suites always offers among the most spacious apartments in each city. Average floorplans measure:

  • 450-550 sq. ft. (42-52 sq. meters), for studio apartments
  • 700-1100 sq. ft. (65 -102 sq. meters), for one-bedroom apartments
  • 900-1300 sq. ft. (84 -121 sq. meters), for two-bedroom apartments
  • 1200-1500 sq. ft. (111 – 148 sq. meters), for three-bedroom apartments

What are your prices?

Though most of our locations have a 30-day minimum stay, we list our prices by the day to make it easier for you to compare them to hotel costs.

Select properties do welcome shorter-term stays (see above).

How do I pay?

HomeStyle Suites corporate housing services include a fully furnished apartment, rent, utilities and any additional fees all on one invoice. Guests typically pay monthly. Corporate housing guests can arrange to have their company billed directly. Companies with multiple employees staying with HomeStyle Suites can have their bills consolidated.

For corporate housing guests, we accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards. If you prefer, we’ll take the hassle out of making payments by automatically billing your VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Companies can arrange for automatic electronic payments for all corporate housing stays.
